One of our very favorite (and SF local) online shopping sites is ModCloth! If you haven’t heard of it, you should check out their fun pieces now. What we love about ModCloth is the fact that they have stylish pieces at a price point that isn’t going to break the bank. Britt and I thought it would be fun to pick out one dress that would look good on both of our body types and build two different looks based on our personal style.

I chose the finishing touches to a perfect “day” look. When I saw this dress, I instantly pictured myself sailing or near the beach somewhere enjoying the sun! This tote is the perfect pop of color that this striped dress needs, plus it is reversible! I don’t go anywhere without a watch on my wrist, and I fell in love with this classic piece.  Lastly, I always bring sandals to the beach, these “Take Aim” sandals are so unique and tie the tote back in perfectly with that beautiful coral tone.

Brittany pictured a fabulous “night” look and came up with such a fun combo! Starting with these bold and gold geometric earrings, they really help give the dress a fancier feel. Carrying a chained clutch for night makes the most sense, you just need enough room for your lip gloss, credit card, and cell phone- this neutral clutch is the perfect size for all of that! Spicing things up with a bright yellow heel keeps the look cute and perfect for a night out with friends or a special someone!
