I’ve been into purple hues lately when it comes to nail polishes and lipsticks. Since I tend to wear simple colors, this helps me add some pop. It can be hard to get the right tones for your complexion but once you find the right match, you can rock the color combo through all seasons.

Rob and I took a day last weekend to get to Santa Cruz to enjoy the sunshine and we picked the most perfect day to do so. It was a gorgeous day with a tasty lunch followed by a dynamic sunset. I know I may be a bit sunset obsessed but the colors always captivate me. How can you not find enjoyment from this view?! We soaked it all in at Steamer Lane.

We are embracing olive tones and purples in honor of Fall (our favorite season)!
With this beautiful coming weather, also comes some beautiful full blooms. My landlord has a fantastic green thumb and the backyard is always looking full of life and color. The gardens looked so beautiful the other day, I took some time to go out there and shoot some photos of all the beautiful flowers she has planted. It doesn’t hurt to have such beautiful views right out your window first thing in the morning 🙂
