When you are going to a wedding, it is important to look your best but also feel comfortable for a night of dancing and celebrating! I had been eyeing this dress for months and it finally went on sale at Anthropologie (unfortunately it is sold out now). I justified purchasing a dress I really didn’t need because I have so many weddings this year and it is just perfect to wear to a couple of them because it isn’t white! Surprisingly about 70% of my wedding appropriate dresses are white, so I really need to get my act together.
(High/Low front and back of this lace dress gives it a nice flow)
(It has a subtle snap in the front to keep it all together. This necklace was a gift from my grandparents on my 8th grade graduation- it’s still my favorite)
I feel like Steve Nicks in this dress and that is never a bad thing! Check your local Anthropolgie to see if they still have this dress in stock, it’s such a beautiful color!

Brittany gave me this great dotted chevron print top from Charlotte Russe the other day. We were so lucky to have an actual day of summer weather in San Francisco, that I decided to pair it with my new pair of white shorts (Old Navy). I think this is a very simple and comfortable outfit for the breezy summer days.

I am loving these silky tops, they really dress up a casual outfit!
Last year I was all about this fun floral romper and this year I’m all about floral anything! I absolutely love the bright, happy feeling a good floral print can bring. Spring has sprung and there’s no problem with hiding it. Check out some of our favorite florals below.
LuLu’s is really killing it in the floral dress department. I’d love to rock any of the above from their site.
What’s not to love about these designs?!
Men look awesome in floral, too!
Have some fun with floral Friday. Hope you enjoyed our picks and have a wonderful weekend!

One trend I always loved in middle and high school was suspenders. Now that is seems to be trending again, I fell in love with this suspender mini skirt. I paired it with a simple full neck tank, black tights, and my new leopard flats from the Gap. Clutch DIY coming soon!
This simple look is fun and youthful, perfect for the office or weekend!
Most people are out on suspenders but I love them because they are effortless!
My co-worker Katie has it down when it comes to picking the perfect fierce feline shirt. We’ve had quite the obsession with spotting this trend so when she picked up this number from Charlotte Russe, it was obvious it was a winner.
(Love these studded Forever21 ankle boots!)
(Charlotte Russe adorably spotted sunnies)
It was the perfect pairing. Get your lion/tiger/kitten/cheetah print on this season!

OK, so as much as I love Katy Perry’s new track “Roar,” I did not love her VMA performance. However, it seems like the track is making a pretty powerful statement. Have you noticed how the new fashion trend seems to be kitten/lion/tiger prints?! I paired this Roar-iffic large necklace with a very casual Tee and some shorts. After all, one statement piece says enough.
(I love my dainty shark tooth bracelet from Forever21)
(My Charlotte Russe kicks)
Easy peasy. Shirt and shades – Charlotte Russe. Shorts – Forever21.

A popular European trend that is hitting the Pacific shore is the slouchy party pant! They are super soft and always funky, we weren’t sure about them at first but quickly learned to love how unbelievable comfy they are!
(Earrings from Charlotte Russe)
(Pair the pants with a basic tank or tee)
Find a print and pair you love and we promise, you will soon live in them!

Today we are featuring our friend Meris who always has amazing style! LA in the summer brings the heat and Meris put together a great outfit full of layers!
(What a perfect tank for the day!)
(A chunky watch with layers of shiny bracelets is one of my favorite looks)
(Midi rings are trendy right now, it’s a cool way to add some weight to your digits!)
(A detailed sports bra adds the perfect touch to this loose tank. Sunglasses from her recent trip to Italy)
(Italian leather sandals are great for the warm weather)
Warm weather is the perfect opportunity to layer up in exciting ways!

Brittany scored these amazing leggings from Lucca, in a literal last minute dash to a street vendor. I wasn’t sure how we would dress them up but we put together the ultimate hipster outfit that I loved!
(Small plus signs decorate these soft leggings)
(This jean jacket and bowler hat dress up the leggings in a crisp way)
(Hat from Urban Outfitters, jacket from Forever 21)
(Luxury Rebel booties)
I love this fun weekend look, it’s really stylish and even more comfortable. You’ll notice we repeat a few of our favorite pieces, my favorite is this jacket that Brittany picked up a couple of years ago. I love when an article of clothing can we worn in multiple ways.

I picked up this dress in Lucca, Italy and it has been one of my favorite purchases of the year. Normally, I don’t pair brown and black but I do like caramel colors with black so this is how I chose to wear it.
(Purse from Aldo)
(Boots from Steve Madden)
These colors work for all seasons, if it’s Winter just add on a pair of tights or leggings.
